One session:
In one session we can discover a goal and see what steps you need to take or other resources you may need to help you achieve that goal. I will provide you with some tips on how you can move forward on your own.
Three session package:
This package is broken up in 3 parts, first part is uncovering the goal you truly want to work towards this can often happen over two sessions. I find people start off with a particular goal but after conversations and a few exercises the goal often changes. We then look at who or what we need to support this goal and finally watching the goal in its starting stage. Often people are able to move forward on there own to continue building on their goal or may choose additional sessions, to grow the goal with support. This will be up to the individual.
Confidence building:
I can support you in an area you feel you are lacking confidence; we look at what is holding you back, how we can break down barriers and how to move forward.
Self-care solutions:
Understanding life can get busy and there are many responsibilities and barriers we face on a daily basis, I can support you looking are what is currently going on for you on how we can focus on self-care and how this can look like in your busy life.
Given we are currently living under COVID restrictions, sessions can be offered via video calling. Face to face can be offered but will be discussed at the consultation.
